Imagine for a moment that you possess the vision of an eagle. As you soar high above the earth, the landscape transforms beneath your wings into a breathtaking tapestry of colors, textures, and forms. Rivers shimmer like silver ribbons, mountains rise majestically, and trees stand like proud guardians of the land. This majestic bird symbolizes strength, freedom, and broad perspective.
In this post, we will explore what it truly means to see the world through the eyes of an eagle. We will reflect on the beauty of our planet and confront the harsh challenges facing Mother Earth. By adopting this unique perspective, we can deepen our understanding of our own lives and the lives of others, fostering a stronger connection to our shared existence.
Looking at the planet can give you perspective on your life and the planet's life, knowing that your life and your mother’s life are forever entwined with each other, knowing that your life and her life share the same destiny. Imagine that you are the eagle, the water of the lands and the people, imagine soaring through the skies and seeing all the beauty and all the power that our mother has and the power she gave to us, all the beauty in so many different shades of colors and sizes.

Now imagine that you are soaring in the skies and seeing the destruction, children starving women dying, and men enslaved, imagine for one moment that you were that eagle flying in the skies watching all of this and how our mother is being abused on a daily basis and only a handful of people care to do anything about it. Imagine how the eagle would feel to see the fall of humankind due to greed and hatred, but of course, you would not see this in the way the eagle would see this because to see this you would have to be looking through the eyes of the eagle.

We live in a world of make-believe and not of intelligence, it is going to be the destruction of us, not the planet, however, because mother earth is the real power player here, she is the one that is in real control over all of us and she does and will and will always decide our fate with her.
Being arrogant in believing that we can destroy her and that she will allow this to go on, is very arrogant indeed, how can we say that we are fighting for a cause that is just, when we don’t acknowledge that our very survival depends on this planet, she decides if we get to stay here or not.
Their power is only through creating illusion and chaos, meanwhile, for the people that linger within the illusion must be still confused about who is really in charge here and only deals with reality. We surely cannot blame those that believe that they have power, because we give them permission every day, to continue this abuse and it will not be the planet that losses and if I recall she did sink a few civilizations before, and she is showing still what she can do and will do if we do not change our ways.
One must become the eagle so to see the reality of what is going on, as the eagle only sees past the illusions and what the reality really is, one must have the courage to take responsibility for our part in the illusion, we have allowed all of this too happen and unless we are willing to see the truth for what it really is, we will continue on this road of self-destruction, until one day our mother has had enough of us and decides that we are no longer worthy to be with her.
The Beauty of the World
Nature's splendor is often described in vibrant imagery—think of sunsets casting golden hues across the horizon or the sound of waves crashing against rugged cliffs. From an eagle’s viewpoint, you would see diverse landscapes stretching for miles. Vast forests, sprawling grasslands, and deep blue oceans intertwine to create a priceless masterpiece.
Consider this: as you fly, you witness the stunning transitions between seasons. In spring, flowers bloom in bright bursts of color, while autumn paints the earth in warm browns and golds. According to the World Wildlife Fund, forests cover about 31% of our planet's land area, housing countless species. Each vibrant color tells a unique story: the deep greens of forests signify new life, while the calm blues of oceans evoke peace and tranquility.

This beauty is more than skin-deep; it invites us to respect the delicate balance that sustains life on Earth.
The Interconnection of Life
As an eagle watches over the land, consider your own life in relation to our world. Everything is interconnected, sharing a common destiny. The air you breathe flows from the trees, the water you drink comes from the rivers nurtured by seasonal rains, and the food you consume is directly tied to the soil from which it originates.
Imagine the eagle witnessing a bustling community from above: children playing joyfully, women nurturing families, and men skillfully tending their crops. Each life is interconnected in ways we often overlook. For example, in cities like San Francisco, urban gardens produce 50% more food than traditional farming methods, revealing how each effort contributes to the larger ecosystem.
The Harsh Reality
Yet, from this lofty vantage point, one cannot ignore the troubling trends tainting Mother Earth’s vibrant tapestry. The eagle might observe barren landscapes that were once teeming with life, polluted rivers running murky with waste, and forests ravaged by logging. The United Nations reports that about 1 in 10 people worldwide lack access to clean water, highlighting a pressing global issue.
Children suffer under the oppressive sun, communities disbanded due to conflict, and workers trapped in cycles of poverty—these are harsh realities that demand our attention.

The eagle’s keen eye grasps the suffering that affects our world. Each affected life is not just a tragedy for humanity but disrupts the fragile balance of the ecosystems on which we all rely.
A Call to Awareness
What can we learn from the eagle's perspective? With this awareness of interconnectedness, we have a responsibility to advocate for the protection and healing of our planet and the lives entwined with it. Being aware means more than just recognizing these issues; it calls us to act.
Consider these impactful changes you can make in your daily life:
Support local environmental initiatives.
Reduce your waste by using reusable products, such as water bottles and shopping bags.
Educate friends and family about sustainable practices.
Even small actions like conserving energy at home can cumulatively contribute to a healthier planet.
Finding Hope in Action
Amidst the challenges, hope shines through. Communities across the globe embrace sustainability, striving to heal the wounds inflicted upon nature. For example, in 2021 alone, countries like India planted over 66 million trees in a single day as part of a large reforestation initiative. These acts demonstrate the power of collective action.
Imagine the eagle soaring in a renewed world where people unite to create change. The eagles’ call echoes through restored forests and thriving ecosystems, inspiring others to join in revitalizing our planet.
The Power of Empathy
Seeing through the eagle's eyes means cultivating an empathetic spirit. When we open ourselves to the struggles of others—humans and nature alike—we become catalysts for change. Establishing emotional connections fosters a sense of responsibility toward every form of life on our planet.
Empathy empowers us to recognize that we are integral to the environment and that our well-being is linked closely with the health of our surroundings.
Embracing Change
As we reflect on life from the eagle's perspective, we are reminded of the beauty we can cherish, the ugly realities we must confront, and the paths to change that lie ahead. By viewing life as an eagle does, we gain a profound appreciation for our planet and the duty to protect it.
An eagle's flight encourages us not only to see but also to act. Let us remember that our lives are intertwined with those of fellow beings and the intricate ecosystems enveloping us.
Every small action matters. By connecting with nature, standing for justice, and nurturing empathy, we can work towards a brighter tomorrow—for ourselves, our communities, and Mother Earth.
By adopting the eyes of an eagle, we can redefine our perspective on life. Let us choose to become stewards of our planet, defending beauty, advocating for those in need, and nurturing the world that nurtures us. Together, we can soar high and embrace a future filled with hope, compassion, and renewal.
